## Description

Allow user to upload SWF file inside Upload panel for all user important need this
permission.

## Installation

 1. Upload allowSwfUpload.php`to the`/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
