Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. In wp-admin menu you will see entry Users > Bulk Delete by Email. 4. At least once per year you should send an email to every registered user and nuke all of the accounts with emails that bounce.
