This is usually either (1) the web server account cannot write to `wp-content/upgrade` and `wp-content/plugins`, or (2) the update package was built with the wrong folder layout (there must be exactly one top-level folder named `peki-fiken-integration- for-woocommerce`). Salgene bokføres automatisk med riktige satser og detaljer, og løsningen sparer meg for mye tid hver måned. Jeg oppdaget en liten feil i starten, men etter å ha sendt en e‑post fikk jeg svar samme dag – og problemet var løst i løpet av få dager. Slik kundeservice gir trygghet. Alt i alt opplever jeg pluginen som stabil, rimelig og svært effektiv. Den gjør akkurat det den skal, uten styr. Det er bare å fullføre ordrene, så er bokføringen gjort. Sparer meg for masse tid hver måned, og enklere enn dette blir det ikke. Enkelt å sette opp selv for den som ikke er spesielt datakyndig, og kundeservicen er upåklagelig. Pluginen registrerer salgene med rett mva-sats og frakt, og en egen kolonne i WooCommerce gjør det enkelt å se om ordren er bokført i Fiken (veldig kjekt i overgangen mellom manuell bokføring og automatisk bokføring). Erfarte at produktene i nettbutikken måtte ha pris i kroner og øre (f.eks. 199,00) for at beløpene skulle bli helt korrekte, da WooCommerce ellers rundet av til nærmeste hele krone, mens appen registrerte beløpene helt korrekt. Den håndterer integrasjonen mot Fiken sømløst og effektivt, slik at alle salg føres automatisk i regnskapet uten manuell innsats. En stor fordel er at man kun betaler for én Fiken-kobling, i motsetning til mange andre løsninger som krever separate lisenser per butikk. Kundeservicen er også helt topp – raske svar og hjelpsomme folk som faktisk følger opp. Kort sagt: en stabil, rimelig og brukervennlig løsning som bare fungerer.
